On stage, Omena Mensah spoke about the challenges she faced on her way to success and stressed
how important trust and teamwork are – both in professional and personal life. She also talked
about her foundation and its role in providing real help to those in need. Her daughter, Vanessa,
summed it up with a powerful thought: “If not through the door, then through the window” – a
reminder that we should never give up, no matter the obstacles.
Małgorzata Rozenek-Majdan shared her journey of building a personal brand and how to make it
truly successful. She highlighted the value of consistency and authenticity and spoke openly about
balancing career and motherhood – showing that both can work hand in hand.
The summit closed with Zofia Kierner, founder of the Girls Future Ready Foundation. Her vision
and determination reminded everyone that the future belongs to women who support each other and
dare to dream big.
